Derek Loepp B.A (Econ. Hons.), RRC, CSC

Derek is lifetime entrepreneur who acts with passion and purpose in everything he does
 
An executive in the financial services industry with 19 years of leadership experience, boasting a diverse background in sales servicing, process methodology and best practice development. Derek has an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and is considered a change leader with an incredible ability to influence others while building strong relationships. 

People who have worked with Derek describe him as a strategic thinker, who is innovative, creative and focused. His expertise lies in the ability to identify, develop and construct profitable real estate deals.  
 
His passion is for helping people and has aspirations of travelling the world speaking to large groups – motivating and mentoring. There is no problem that can’t be solved by this guy. A practical optimist, his problems solving skills transcend what normal people consider possible.
 
Derek graduated from the University of Manitoba with his Bachelor of Arts – Economics Honors degree and holds several other financial planning designations/certifications. 

Ask him how is doing? And he’ll say “I love my life!” Why? Because of what real estate has and continues to provide for him. He is fiercely loyal to his family, friends and business partners, cherishes the time he is able to spend with his five boys and is deeply in love with his partner in life, love and business, Jamie.

Jamie Miller

Jamie is driven to succeed in everything she does and always dreams big

Jamie has never fit the 9-5 mold.  Her motivation lies in the deep crystal clear waters of the ocean, surrounded by white powdery sand in any tropical destination.

She has extensive experience in finance and financial planning (banking, financial services) and spent several years as a real estate agent working with one of the top agents in Winnipeg. 

Now focussed on professional network marketing, she is passionate about her health, wellness and family. An energetic speaker, Jamie effortlessly inspires and motivates those who work with her. 

 Ask her where she will be tomorrow, her first response is "anywhere I want to be" - quickly followed by "wherever I am needed". 

Jamie’s vast experience in real estate brings a level headed approach to the business. Real estate has created the flexibility for Jamie to spend time doing the one thing she is truly passionate about – helping other people. 

All these things come together to create the “machine” that is Jamie but the “fuel” is undoubtedly her family – her 5 boys and her loving and supportive husband Derek.
